The ELC unit uses electrostatic principles to remove hard contamination from oil. The ELC does efficiently what no other mechanical filter can do – remove contaminants as small as 0.1 microns. The use of the ELC does not result in any change to the properties of the oil.
The LVDH uses a comprehensive process to remove water and gases from oil at temperatures lower than 53°C, thus drastically reducing oxidation during the dehydration process.
The LVDH is a quick, inexpensive and automatic system that overcomes the major drawbacks of centrifuging such as oxidation, emulsified water retention, high power consumption & high maintenance.
